The Division of Food and Standards has regulatory authority in the areas of gasoline, motor fuel testing and retail gasoline stations.  Included here are a number of links related to fuel and energy for consumers.
 

If you suspect that you are paying an excessive price for gasoline or diesel, please call Governor Rell’s Gasoline Price Hotline at 1-800-842-2649.
